There is a drawing room, a hall cum dining space in the middle of the house, a kitchen, two bedrooms with attached toilet cum bath, one spare toilet, a store, one cozy praying space in the kitchen, three balconies, two of which open from both the bedrooms and one towards the front of the house having its door in the drawing area. This is an east-facing house with two bedroom balconies opening towards the west.
Drawing Room, Hall/ Dining Area, and Kitchen
Following are the details of the Drawing Room, Hall/ Dining Area, and Kitchen. The hall and drawing area measure 17’10 ½ ft by 15 ft and 14’9 ft by 13 ft respectively. You can have two very open seating areas in both these spaces and a dining space big enough to accommodate a party of 15-17.
One door of the Dining space opens into the kitchen which measures 13’6ft x 13ft. There is provision for a window on the first wall which would ensure you get an airy kitchen. There is a cozy prayer space in one corner of this area. And an attached store space measuring 5 ½ft x 9ft. One of the OTS areas is right next to the kitchen store and can be used as an extended store or be left as it is.
Bedrooms and Toilet-Baths
One of the bedrooms measures 13’6ft x 13ft while the other measures 13ft x 13ft. There are two separate sets of toilet-cum-bath for both of the bedrooms. What makes this plan stand out is the fact that there are three big balconies of which two are through the bedrooms and one from the drawing room and stretches towards the kitchen. The bedrooms have one window provision each. So that you do not have to make do with damp or smelly rooms.
Car Parking and Staircase
The porch is huge enough for you to park a car in it and still be left with a wide open space. The main entrance into the house opens into the staircase space. To the left is the entrance to the hall and to the right is an additional toilet.
Open Area and Garden
Who would not want to have a garden in their house? The first thing you see when you enter the house compound is the open space next to the garden. This open space cum garden would be a treat to your eyes when you look at it from the foremost balcony.
