This is an east-facing house with doors to all rooms opening into a common area – the dining and living space. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 sets of toilet-bathroom. For your convenience, the kitchen is made in the foremost portion, ensuring good enough ventilation all across. There is a car parking space right when you enter through the main gate.
Some of the most common issues people have with house plans are – bad ventilation, tiny or way too large bedrooms, chunks of plot put to no good use, not good enough car parking and such.
We have, with this plan, making sure the plot is used as optimally as possible with zero compromises in other features. Ventilation within the house would be excellent if the provisions for windows are followed. A detailed description of the House Plan is given below.
Kitchen, Drawing-dining, Car Parking, and Staircase
The kitchen is 11’6 ft wide and 13 ft long. One of the windows is to the east and the other towards the north. Clearly enough, an airy atmosphere within the house and especially the kitchen is a guaranteed deal.
The Drawing/dining room measures 18’11ft by 12ft. And there is a 11ft long space right in the middle of the house which could be used as an extended dining area.
As for the car parking space and the staircase – both take up the foremost 16’9ft portion of the house compound. The staircase is to the left of the main entrance.
The porch extends as far back as the end of the house and gives an open space. Since this area is 3ft wide you can have a plant nursery in it.
Bedrooms, Toilet-bath, Balcony and Open Space
Two of the bedrooms measure 12ft x 12ft having a common toilet cum bathroom. The doors open into the common area of the house. One of the other two bedrooms measures 11’10ft x 12ft, which is at one of the ends of the house. The other bedroom is 12ft long and 11 ft wide.
There are two separate toilet-bathroom for each of these rooms. Both of these baths have windows opening into the extended porch. The third toilet bath between the other two bedrooms is accessible through all parts of the house. And is also at a good distance from the kitchen, which is what most of us expect from a house plan.
The balcony to the south of the house extends from one bedroom to the one adjacent to it. It is 5 ft wide on one side and 3ft on another.
As for the Open Space – it is in the porch in front of the main entrance to the drawing area and could be used to give an elevation or could be left just like that.
