40 50 House Plan With Two Car Parking Space

Wondering if you can find a 3BHK 40 50 House Plan that suits your need? We have one that might interest you. Roughly, it has three bedrooms, kitchen, drawing/lobby, drawing room, four sets of toilet-bath, one store, separate cupboard-wardrobe space in two of the three bedrooms, the staircase – within the house, a car parking space, and a wide backyard.

There are certain features of a home that most of house plans do not do justice to. These, more often than not, are found in almost all plans. What we have done with our plan is to make sure that no such compromises are made to even the tiniest of features. A lot of research has gone into designing this floor plan.

Ventilation is something that is often not given enough attention. But with this plan, we assure you of an airy environment throughout the house. Numerous provisions for windows are there in almost every portion of the house.

A large 2 car parking space has been designed. There is an elevation to the right of it so as to make the entrance into the house more spacious and distinct.

Drawing Room, Kitchen, Dining-Lobby, and Staircase

The dining-lobby space is where the main door of the house opens into. While to its right is the staircase, the kitchen is to the left, with a partition-like breakfast counter in between. The kitchen measures 9ft x 9’3ft and has a window planned on the wall towards the main gate.

The dining-lobby space, measuring 29’6ft x 11’2ft, is huge enough to fit in a party of as many as 15-17
people. Its proximity to the kitchen is another advantage.

You reach the drawing room, measuring 11’1 ½ft x 14ft, through the lobby. The seating area can fit at a minimum of 15 people.

Bedrooms, Toilet-Baths, and Store

There are three bedrooms, of which one measures 11’9 by 12, and the other two 13 by 12. The bedrooms are laterally connected, which ensures good use of the plot. And while the two bedrooms of the same size have their separate toilet-cum-bath stretched into the backyard, the third bedroom has it towards the end of the house compound. This toilet-bath set is 6ft long and 5ft wide. Whereas the other two measure 6’3ft by 5ft. A separate cupboard space has been given in the leftmost bedroom.

There is a wardrobe space (or a walk-in closet) in the third bedroom measuring 6ft by 4’5 ½ft. It is through this space that you access the bath-toilet. A good ventilation system has been planned for all of these bath-toilet sets.

What felt necessary here, was to give an additional bath-toilet close to the dining and drawing area. Therefore, there is a standard-sized, measuring 5ft x 7ft, bath-toilet at one of the corners of the house. The door is through the area beneath the staircase. And there is a store, through the drawing room, which could be put to multiple uses.

Car Parking and Backyard

The car parking is 11ft wide and 14ft long, clearly enough a big space. This space is right in front of the main gate to the house. To the right is an elevation leading you to the main door of the house. The middle portion of this space is designed to be used as a tiny garden. But you can use it for whatever purpose suits.

As for the backyard – a linear portion, connected to the boundary wall, could be used as a garden while the rest be left as it is.

To get a sense of the placement and orientation of the rooms, you can also look at house plans of different sizes, such as the 30 x 50 House Plan.

We have made all possible efforts to ensure that not even an inch of the plot is left unutilized. You would not find a House Plan as optimal as this one. Yet, if there is anything that does not fit quite well with your taste, you are free to make moderations to the plan.
