One of the foremost things for us was to list the most common concerns people have with House Plans. The listing did eventually help us better our plan. For instance, issues such as no parking space, poor ventilation, cramped spaces, wastage of land etc. Tend to recur in most of the plans. Our aim was to keep it as efficient as possible.

Parking, Living Room, Staircase, Prayer Room and Garden
The parking is right when you enter the premises through the main gate. The space measures 12ft x 19’6ft which is clearly big enough for you to park a car and still have ample space to move in.
To the left is a 3’-7 ½ft wide space which could be turned into a garden or be left as it is.
The entrance into the house is through the porch. You enter the Living Area which measures 12’4 ½ ft by 15’2ft. It is a huge enough space for you to have seating for a minimum of 12 people. A window has been designed for the wall toward the open space. A window opening into the garden sure would ensure a good airy environment not only within the drawing room but also throughout the house. The passage, 3’6ft wide, from the door leads to the staircase which is itself 3ft wide. There is also a bath cum toilet closer to the staircase. It has been so designed to be closer to the master bedroom as well as the common area so that your guests don’t have to go all the way to the last bedrooms to use it. Right next to it is a store space, the door to which opens in the Living Area. It measures 4’8ft by 3’1 ½ft and could be used as a pantry too. There is a tiny space measuring 4’8ft by 3’7 ½ft in front of the staircase designed to be used as a cozy prayer room. But it could be put to any other use too.
Dining and Kitchen
The Dining Area, measuring 12’4 ½ft by 14’7 ½ft, is next to the Living Area. It acts as the common room of the house. To make it all the more convenient for you, it’s set closer to the kitchen. The kitchen, to the right of it, is 11 ft wide and 12ft long. The kitchen’s proximity to the dining space is one of the things that people are particular about hence our aim was to do the same. Given the fact that the dining area of this House Plan is in the middle of the house with doors to all rooms and the kitchen opening into it, its ventilation is excellent. Same with the kitchen, a window provision is available on the wall opposite the door.
Bedrooms, Dressing, Bath-toilet
There are three bedrooms, one of which measures 12ft by 14ft and the other two are 12ft wide and 13ft long. The two bedrooms at the end of the house have separate bath-toilet, both of which are through the dressing measuring 6ft x 3ft. Having a separate space for a dresser within the bath set helps with more efficient use of the rest of the bedroom space. You could use a portion of both bedrooms to make wardrobes. As for keeping them airy, there are three window provisions in each room and one in each of the bath-toilet set.
