Car Parking, Drawing Room, Lawn, and OTS
The car parking is right when you enter through the main gate. It measures 9’6ft x 10ft and to its left goes the staircase. A good car parking space is often one of the few things people want in their plan. And we have ensured just that. To the right of the main entrance is an open area, which could be used as a tiny lawn.
Once you get to the drawing room, measuring 14ft x 12ft, there is an Open to Sky or OTS space next to it, which in turn leads into the bath-toilet measuring 5ft x 8ft. Each of these spaces has been put to its best use.
Kitchen, Lobby, and Dining Area
The kitchen, dining and lobby form somewhat of a cluster with the kitchen being an open space and the lobby its extension. The dining is to the right of the kitchen measuring 10’4 ½ft by 8’9ft. The kitchen and lobby measure 9’6ft x 9’ft and 19’4 ½ft by 11’1/9 ft respectively. The dining area is at a convenient distance from the bedrooms as well as the kitchen which is what a good floor plan asks for.
Bedrooms, bath-toilet, and OTS/lawn
The master bedroom is 15ft wide and 15ft long, whereas the other bedroom measures 13’10½ft by 13ft. The master bedroom has a separate toilet cum bath set which has two doors, one opening into the bedroom and the other towards the OTS in the back. This set could just as easily be used through the second bedroom too. The master bedroom has its entrance through the lobby, whereas the other bedroom opens through the dining area.
The OTS or Open to Skyspace could be used in multiple ways. You can make a cozy prayer room out of it or a store, and since it is open, one way could be to use it as a garden.
