Have you been looking through websites thinking of finding a good 30 x 50 House Plan? With this floor plan of ours, you would not have to look any further.
Roughly speaking, there are three bedrooms, a Drawing Room, a Lobby and Dining, all set in somewhat of a lateral pattern, the staircase, kitchen, and 3 bath-toilet sets.
Starting off, we wanted to guarantee the users a house free from all the issues other such plans have. Hence, making a list of the most common concerns was our first step into the process. Poor ventilation, no parking space, inefficient use of land, cramped or way too large rooms, and others such are to name a few.
Next was to make our House Plan in such a manner that it is free from all these issues. And fortunately, the final design is something that you would not find a fault in. Numerous window provisions have been given to ensure good ventilation throughout the house, a good enough space has been marked for car parking, the rooms are not too big or not too tiny, and most of all, every inch of the plot, if this plan is to be followed, would be put to its best use.

Parking, Drawing Room, Lobby, Dining
Looking at the feet House Plan, the main entrance is towards the right. The Parking is right when you enter. It measures 10’9ft by 14’9ft. And is, clearly, huge enough for you to park a car in and still be left with the space to move around in. This space would feel anything but cramped.
The Drawing Room measures 17’4ft by 14ft. There is a window provision on the foremost wall of this room.
The Lobby and the Dining Room are somewhat conjoined with the wall of the kitchen acting as a partition. The dining room measures 11’10ft by 10ft, and the kitchen measures 9ft by 10ft. While the Lobby measures 12’4ft by 11ft. There is a toilet bath built within the lobby space.
Kitchen, Bedrooms, Bath-toilet Sets
This House Plan has 3 bedrooms, with two at the back and one planned around the Lobby. The two at the end of the house measure 11ft x 12ft, whereas the other one measures 11’ft x 11ft. As is obvious, the bedrooms are spacious and excellent in terms of their proximity to each other as well as the common spaces of the house.
The foremost bedroom has a separate bath-toilet, measuring 5ft x 6’6ft, attached to it. While the other bath-toilet set is so purposed that it could be just as easily accessed from the dining and lobby space as from the bedroom.
Talking of the size of the bedrooms, you could very easily get wardrobes built in. And there still would be more than enough space to adjust in entertainment unit, tables etc. As for ventilation, window provisions have been given in all rooms ensuring an airy environment within.
Staircase
Managing to get the staircase within the house is always a challenge. Many factors are taken into consideration before doing so. Any obtrusion, for instance, from having the staircase within is often dreaded. Therefore, the design has to be made so as to keep the disturbance minimal. Hence, with this House Plan First Floor, we were clear from the beginning, to have it placed in between the bedrooms and away from the dining or drawing areas.

Conclusion
Every inch of the plot would be put to its best use, the ventilation throughout the house will be excellent, and the proximity of the kitchen to not just the dining area but also to the living room makes it all the more viable. The porch is so big that part of it is to be used for car parking, which is something you do not usually get in other plans.
