Car Parking, Living Room, Staircase, and Kitchen

The main gate to the compound opens into the car parking area which measures 9’10ft wide and 12’2ft long. You would be left with enough space to move about even after parking a car.

The door of the house opens into the living room measuring 17’3ft x 16’3ft. Given the spaciousness of this area, it could be used as a dining space too.

What makes this House Plan 3bhk stand out is the fact that the living space is in the middle of the house which makes it easily accessible from all parts of the house.

Although the staircase has been built within the house, it has been carved out in such a manner as to not disturb the ambience of the drawing-dining room.

To the left, you see the kitchen and the store and a cozy prayer space. The kitchen measures 8ft x 8ft whereas the prayer space is 7’7ft x 3ft with open space behind it. You can, if need be, bring in the area for the prayer room and OTS under the kitchen to make it even bigger. The proximity of the kitchen to the drawing-dining room makes it all the more efficient. Who wouldn’t want to have the dining space and the kitchen close by.

Next to it is the store measuring 6ft x 4’5ft. It was planned so as to be closer to the kitchen. You can put it to any other you deem fit.
