First off, we wanted to make sure that the common issues that people often complain of with other house plans were, in our House Plan, kept at a minimum. Some of the most recurring issues were poor planning, not enough provisions for ventilation, and other such.
With the amount of research and effort that have gone into planning and designing this house, we were sure of having kept most of the concerns out of it.
The staircase, for instance, has been planned in such a manner that it does not, in any way, disturb the ambiance of the rest of the house. A tiny prayer space has also been given at one of the corners of the house, you have the liberty to put it to any other you deem fit. The dining space and kitchen have been kept conveniently close to each other.

Entrance, Staircase, and Drawing Hall
The main gate to the house opens into the porch which is 6’4ft wide and 8ft long. Not only can this space be used to park a motorcycle or scooter, but you could also have a tiny plant nursery around. To the left is the staircase measuring 3ft wide on two sides.
The main door to the house leads you into the drawing hall which measures 20’9ft x 9’10ft. You could, without a doubt, have seating for at least 15 people in the drawing room with a lot of space still left to spare. It has been carefully planned in a manner so that other rooms/spaces open into, hence, even if you keep the doors to the rooms closed, the space would still be airy enough.
Dining, Kitchen, and Prayer Room
The Dining in this House Plan is to the left. It measures 8 ft by 9’10ft. The dining and kitchen are in a lateral pattern, with the kitchen at the front, measuring 8ft x 8ft. The adjacency between the two makes it all the more convenient. A cozy prayer room measuring 8ft x 6ft is designed in the right corner of the house. You could use this space in any other way that suits you.
Bedrooms and Bath-toilet
There are two bedrooms each 10’6ft wide. And while the bigger one is 11’5ft long the other measures 10’7ft. Window provisions for both bedrooms have been given. And given how the doors are positioned, there would be no complaints of the rooms being damp.
As for the bath and toilet, there is a separate toilet for the room on the right. And there is a bath-toilet set in common. It measures 6’4ft x 6’1ft and is to the right. It was such so as to be closer to both the bedrooms as well as the seating area yet a good distance has been ensured between it and the dining-kitchen set.

Conclusion
We have attempted our best to keep the House Plan as efficient as possible. All the serious/recurring problems that people usually have issues within other floor plans have been, in this plan, kept minimal. Ventilation is impeccable, a prayer room has been arranged for, which, if need be, could be used in multiple ways, and the kitchen and dining setup gives an elegant and homey touch to the house.
