25 x 60 House Plan With Parking and 3 Bedrooms

Have you been looking through 25 x 60 House Plan online and haven’t found a fine one yet? Have a look at the description given below and see if the plan suits your needs.

Designing a house plan is no easy task, more so when it has been designed in such a manner as to overcome common faults. Our intention was to list the common and recurring concerns people have about the House Plan, followed by plans to overcome those. No parking space, inefficient use of land, cramped spaces within the house, and many such are the most common. A lot of research has gone into deciding and planning the design of this house.

Car Parking-Porch, Staircase, Living Room

The car parking space is right once you enter through the main gate into the house premises. It measures 11’3ft x 15’8ft, which, clearly enough, is a big space for parking a car. What is better is the fact that there still would be a lot of space to move around in. Hence, you could more than just manage to have planters in the porch.

To the right is the staircase. It was planned so as to be out of the way from the gate to the house.
The main entrance into the house is through the living room. It is 11’2ft wide and 15’1ft long. And there is a tiny prayer space planned in one of the corners. You could have a big seating arrangement, for as many as 15 people, in the living room.

Dining Hall, Kitchen, Store, and OTS

A little more into the house and you come across the Dining Hall which measures 15’5ft by 10’2ft. A dining set-up for, a minimum of, 14 people could be managed. Not only is it exemplary in terms of its size, but its proximity to the kitchen makes it all the more appropriate. If you were to follow the design of this House Plan, going back and forth between the kitchen and the dining hall would seem like such a task. The kitchen is a little towards the left. It measures 11’3 ft by 10ft. There is a tiny store, 7’3ft long and 5ft wide, within the kitchen. It is up to you to use it in whatever manner you deem fit.

Next comes the OTS or the Open to Sky area at the back of the last bedroom. This open space is adjacent to the kitchen, providing as an excellent source of ventilation.

Bedrooms, Bath-toilet, and OTS

There are three bedrooms in this House Plan. All have been set in a lateral pattern. Their measurements, starting from the front to the back, are 11’11ft by 11’3ft, 11’11ft by 11’5ft and 11’11ft by 11ft. As is obvious, all the bedrooms are quite spacious and planned in an excellent manner. You could get built-in cupboards in all and still be left with a lot of space.

There are two bath-toilet sets. One measuring 7’3ft x 5’3ft while the other 5ft x 5’4ft. Both of which are at an appropriate distance from all parts of the house and hence could be used just as easily as from the bedrooms.

There is also an OTS behind one of the baths. You could keep the space as it is or, if need be, decide to extend the bath toilet to cover it.

To get a sense of the placement and orientation of the rooms, you can also look at house plans of different sizes, such as the 30 x 60 House Plan.

Conclusion

We have tried our best to make a House Plan as efficient as possible. Spare areas have been given so that you could put them to other uses if you want. A big car parking space has been carved out, and a staircase has also been planned, yet no compromises have been made to the design or the aesthetic quality of the house. The stairs have been kept at one corner so that there is no disturbance in the ambience of the house. The bedrooms and other spaces, too, have been planned in a manner that there is no disturbance whatsoever. We hope this House Plan meets your expectations. And you are more than welcome to make moderations to the plan.
