So, roughly speaking, there is a huge car parking space, 3 bedrooms with separate bath-toilet set, and another close to the drawing room. An open kitchen with an extended lounge, which could simultaneously be used as a dining area too. And a few open spaces.
There are a few recurring concerns that people have when looking at house plans. One of our main areas of focus was to work on these issues and come up with a House Plan that meets the needs of people.
For instance, good ventilation structure is something that usually many houses plans lack, yet ours is a plan with many a provision for windows and open spaces to ensure that the environment within the house stays fresh. Similarly, good parking is also often not planned for in a house.

Porch, Open Space, Drawing, and Lounge
The porch and the open space measure 10’10 ½ft x 19ft and 13ft x 6’1ft respectively. The porch is a big enough space to be used for car parking. The staircase has also been planned in this space with the boundary wall being the support. As for the open space which is to the left of the porch/car parking, it is designed so as to give you a patio space or even a tiny plant nursery.
The entrance into the house is from the porch. The door opens into the drawing room which is 13ft wide and 15’2ft long. One of the features that make this House Plan stand out is the fact that the drawing room has been planned in such a manner that while it retains its feature of being somewhat of an enclosed space, it is, at the same time, not absolutely detached from the kitchen or the lounge-dining.
The lounge, measuring 12’4ft by 13’6ft, is in the middle of the house acting as a common room. Doors to every area of the house open into the lounge, hence making it an apt common room. Given its huge size of it, you can also carve out a dining area from it.
Kitchen, Bedrooms, Bath-toilet sets
An open kitchen has been designed for the plan, which, if you so wish, could be turned into the conventional enclosed type. It measures 6’7ft by 12’1ft, clearly an excellent kitchen in terms of size and efficiency. Its proximity to the lounge-dining area makes it all the more effective. To ensure an airy environment within the house and especially in the kitchen, windows have been planned in every room/area. The one in the kitchen is on the foremost wall adjacent to the staircase.
To make it easier for you to have guests over without worrying about them having to go all across the house to the bath-toilet in the bedroom, a separate set of the same has been planned on the opposite side of the kitchen. There is an OTS before it. And while the bath is 6’9ft by 4ft the OTS measures 5ft x 5’1ft. The OTS, if you prefer, could be put to any other use you deem fit. It could be turned into a store or a washing area or even be left as it is.
Open Spaces
There is an OTS or Open to Sky area at the end of the house. It is between the two baths and the bedroom to the left has a door leading into the OTS. It could be put to multiple used. For instance, a tiny kitchen garden could be thought of, or even a store.
