Parking, and Drawing Room
The parking area measures 13’6ft x 9’6ft and is right when you enter the house through the main gate. Given its spaciousness of it, you could not only park a car but also have some spare to yourself and use it to place planters.
Next comes the drawing room which is 13ft long and 8’6ft wide with one side leading into one of the bedrooms and the other towards the hall. While the isolation that a drawing space often requires has been ensured, at the same time, it leads to the hall through the passage bringing in the homey charm one craves.
Hall, Kitchen, Staircase, and Store
The hall and kitchen are towards the right, set in a lateral pattern, with the kitchen opening into the hall. The hall measures 22’9ft x 9’6ft. Whereas the kitchen is 8’6ft x 6ft. Window provision has been made for the kitchen wall towards the porch. And what would be more apt than having the kitchen and hall/dining area at such proximity.
To the left is the staircase, with a store built under it. The manner in which this staircase has been planned guarantees that there is no disruption in the ambience of the rest of the house. As for the store, you could also choose to make a toilet-bath set out of it. As for good ventilation throughout the house, plenty of windows have been planned.
Bedrooms and Bath-Toilet
There are four bedrooms in this House Plan Design. Three of the bedrooms at the end measure 9’6ft x 10ft each, whereas the fourth measures 13ft x 9’6ft. There are a total of three bath-toilet sets, two of which are attached to the bedrooms at the back. While the third bath-toilet is between the two bedrooms to the left. It measures 6 x 6, which is a good enough size for a bath-toilet set. Its orientation makes it apt to be used from any corner of the house. Moreover, we wanted it to be placed a little away from the kitchen considering how people often prefer it to be.
