This is a 2BHK house with a huge dining area, car parking space, two bath-toilet sets, a staircase through the drawing room, one open space and two ducts both of which could be used for multiple purposes, and a cozy prayer space near the drawing room.
What we have done here is made a list of the most recurring issues people have with House Plans and try to fix those in our plan.
Poor ventilation, for instance, is something people often complain about. Hence, a fix to this was our decision to leave an open space at the back of the house to ensure a good airy environment throughout the house. And not to mention the open and comfortable pattern of the dining and drawing spaces which makes it all the more effective.
Adjusting the staircase within the house is something designers often find difficult. But with this House Plan, that is exactly what we have done. The staircase has been conveniently structured into one of the corners of the drawing space.

Parking, Guest Room, Drawing Room, and Staircase
The car parking is right when you enter the premises through the main gate. It is big enough for you to park a car and still be left with enough to move around in. This space is 7’6ft wide and 9ft long. The main door opens into the drawing room which measures 11’5ft by 9ft. To the right of this is the fine-designed staircase, which does not in any way disturb the structure of the rest of the house.
To the left is a tiny space carved out as a prayer space or could be put to any other use you find fit.
The guest or common room, towards the left, measures 10ft by 9ft. Provision for a window has been made on the foremost wall but could be made on the wall towards the porch if you so wish.
Dining, Bedrooms and Kitchen
You reach the dining area through the drawing room. Towards the left is one of the two ducts measuring 3’6ft by 6ft. The bedrooms are to the right. The kitchen, measuring 7’5ft and 7’7ft, is at the end on the left, having its entrance through the dining area.
The master bedroom measures 10’6ft by 12ft and the other bedroom is 10’6ft wide and 11ft long. There is a common bath-toilet set between the two bedrooms which, given its proximity to the guest, dining and drawing room, and the bedrooms, is easily accessible.
There is a duct behind the bath-toilet and between the rooms, which could be put to multiple uses.
Bath-toilet, Open Space and Ventilation
As for ventilation, there is a window provision on the rightmost wall towards the open space. Therefore, we assure you there would be no complaints of dampness within the house. The kitchen, apart from having its main entrance, has another door opening into the open space in the backyard. This space is 11’4ft long and 5ft wide.
A substantial number of window provisions have been given throughout the house. The one planned in the master bedroom, like the kitchen, also opens into the open space.
There is a separate bath-toilet set for the master bedroom. It is at the right-most corner of the house with ventilation towards the backyard. The bath measures 6’7ft by 5ft which clearly is good enough a size for a bath-toilet, yet the fact that it is made in an area that could have been used only as an extended open space makes it all the more suitable.
