Rummaging through websites looking for a good 20 x 50 House Plan? We have, after a lot of research, come up with a plan that you want to go ahead with.
Given the proportion of this house, it often gets difficult to design an efficient plan. Therefore, our idea was to make the best use of land and keep any kind of wastage at a minimum. We resorted to making a list of common concerns of people with the designs of House Plans and eventually overcoming them in our plan.
Poor ventilation, for instance, is one. No parking space, cramped rooms, inefficient use of land etc. These are some of the most recurring issues.
Numerous window provisions have been given across the house to ensure you have no complaints about the room being damp or smelly. The porch is huge enough for it to be used as parking too. Not an inch of your land would be wasted.

Porch and Car Parking, Staircase and Drawing Room
The porch, measuring 9 x 16’2, is right when you enter the house through the main gate. One end of it stretches towards the boundary wall, while the other leads to the staircase. A tiny toilet has been designed in the corner beside the drawing room, which can be used by your guests. There is a window provision on the foremost wall of this room, which, if made, would open into the porch. The staircase has been planned at one of the ends of the boundary wall ensuring there is no inconvenience while parking your car or moving across the porch.
As for the entrance to the house, there are two doors, one of which opens into the drawing room and the other into the dining area. This was planned so as to allow the possibility of having multiple choices.
Dining Area and Kitchen
The dining area measures 9’10 ½ft by 11’2 ½ft. The area was planned in the middle of the house for it to be accessible from all rooms of the house. The kitchen, to the left, measures 9ft by 7’4ft. One of the important things for us to keep in mind while preparing the plan was to ensure the dining area is not far from the kitchen. This gives an advantage to the residents. The proximity brings in the convenience one looks for in a house. As for ventilation, a window has been planned for the wall between the kitchen and the porch. If made, this would give you an airy environment not only within the kitchen but also across all rooms.
The dining space stretches towards the bedroom making a 4’10 ½ft passage. You could use this space for multiple purposes. All in all, the dining and kitchen space in this House Plan has been designed to be as convenient as possible.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The two bedrooms in this house have been aptly designed in a manner that while both are adjacent, there isn’t a lot of disturbance in terms of crowding. The first bedroom measures 9ft x 7’4ft the other measures 13ft x 12ft.
There is a big bath-toilet at the corner between the two bedrooms. It measures 5’10 ½ft by 6’6ft. You could use it from either of the bathrooms. Also, there is an open space in front of it, which again could be put to many uses.

Conclusion
A lot of research has been put into designing this House Plan 3BHK. All possible issues, that usually arise in other such plans, have been overcome. Making enough space for parking, for instance, is something that designers often find difficult. But given the rigorous planning of this house, we have made it possible. A passage leading up to the room also adds to the elegance of the house.
