Staircase and Parking
The parking or porch is right through the entrance. It measures 20ft x 9ft and to the right is the staircase. This provides for a big enough car parking space. And not only that but you can also use the rest of the space to have plants and the like. Moving around the porch would also not be a problem even after parking the car.
A tiny toilet has been planned in the leftmost corner. It could serve as a spare and could be used by guests over. You can also, if need be, make a store out of it. The staircase is through the space in front of the main entrance of the house.
Kitchen, Dining and Drawing
The house’s main door opens into the dining space to the left which is the drawing area measuring 9’10ft x 11ft. Not only is it well-planned, but also spacious. You can arrange to seat a minimum of 12 people here.
The dining which is 11ft wide and 9’10ft wide is in the middle of the house with an open-style kitchen to the right. The kitchen measures 9 x 7’2ft.
