We started off by making a list of common issues people face while looking for good plans for their houses. So, what we have done with our plan is to keep the number of complications as low as possible and to make no compromise with the design whatsoever.
There is a huge car parking space within the compound and a staircase – not too big, not too small. The hall/ drawing room is big enough and is close to the kitchen as well as the bedroom. Car Parking, Staircase, and Hall or Drawing/Dining
The car parking space, which is 9’10 ½ft wide and 10’9 ½ft long, is right when you enter through the main gate. You can park your car within and still have a wide enough space to move across.
The staircase is conveniently designed at one corner of the house so at to move it far enough from the dining space as well as keep at an easily accessible distance.
There is a 2’6 ft wide projection between the entrance to the hall and the car parking space. The hall or the drawing room, which measures 9’10 ½ ft by 11 ft, is big enough to be used to also place a dining arrangement within. Its proximity to the kitchen would make it all the more convenient to go back and forth from the kitchen to the dining. A seating space could be created right in front of the kitchen door.
Bedroom, Kitchen, and Toilet cum Bathroom
The door to the bedroom is through the hall. Its size is 9ft x 10’1 ½ ft, clearly a big space. There are two windows, one of which opens in the porch and the other towards the staircase. You would not have any problem fitting in a bed and wardrobes in the bedroom.
The kitchen measures 8’7 ½ ft x 7’4 ½ ft. Its entrance is through the hall. And there is a duct space right next to it. And could be put to multiple uses.
The bathroom, which is at the leftmost corner of the house, measures 6’8ft x 4ft. One can, without any hassle, use it even while sitting in the drawing area.
